Privacy & your data

Yearlia uses your Google identity to create an account. We store your Google account identifier, name and email, your calendar choices, saved events, display preferences and photos you upload. Selected Google Calendar events are cached to display your calendar.

You choose the calendars

Calendar access is read-only. Yearlia does not change or delete events in Google Calendar. Google permissions are requested separately from sign-in. Calendar access tokens are encrypted in server storage. Account sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie and last up to 30 days.

Storage and services

Account records and uploaded photos are stored in the configured hosting environment. Google processes sign-in and calendar authorization. Google Photos shared links open externally; Yearlia does not import private album contents from those links. Signed-out events and photos are saved in your browser until you clear them or explicitly copy them to your account.

Your controls

Use Settings to export your events and uploaded photos. Disconnect calendars in Your account to remove the calendar connection and cached Google events. Use Delete account to remove your account records and uploaded photos from active storage. This does not delete your Google calendars or device-local backups. You can also revoke Yearlia access in your Google Account’s third-party connections.

Yearlia uses Google data to provide your calendar features, not for advertising or sale. The deployment operator and hosting providers may retain operational logs and backups under their own retention policies.
